Cheryl Gitlin
Cheryl Gitlin is a principal at Gitlin Executive Coaching and consulting. She is an organizational effectiveness consultant, master trainer, executive and leadership coach dedicated to developing high performance individuals and organizations, she has over 14 years of experience in both the public and private sectors.
Cheryl provides coaching services to leaders who want to strengthen their leadership skills and bridge the gap in their management style and increase engagement of their employees and the achievement of organizational goals.
As an executive coach, Cheryl has worked with a broad spectrum of functions in the business world. She partners with executives and managers to create an effective development plan by customizing her engagements with the client using a variety of approaches such as developmental models, behavioral applications, or a mentoring relationship. Cheryl ensures a targeted focus on the client’s unique needs.

Cheryl served as professional development chairperson for the National Managers Association’s Florida Space Coast Chapter. She has also served as vice president of the Air Force Association’s Cape Canaveral Chapter.
Cheryl received her master degree in Organization Management from Antioch University, her coach certification from the Coaches Training Institute and is a member of the International Coach Federation. Other certifications include master trainer and facilitator from ATD, Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, DoD Business Process Reengineering. She is also certified in various assessments including the MHS 260, MSCEIT, MBTI, CPI 260 and FIBRO B.
